| Do you favor imposing an additional .8% earned income tax? The revenue generated from the increased tax rate will be used to reduce property taxes on qualified residential properties and qualified farm buildings in future years. These reductions shall be approximately $427 in the District's 2007/2008 fiscal year and $509 in the District's 2008/2009 fiscal year. The current earned income tax rate is 1%, of which your municipality collects .5% and the District collects .5%. | ||
