Per Judge Reinaker's order of June 21, 2013 in CI-13-05528 "... The Court finds that the names CW Smithgall, Cahrlie Smithgall, Chalie Smithgall, Charles Smithgall, Charles W. Smithgal, Charles W. Smithgall, Charley Smithgal, Charley Smithgall, Charlie Smithgal, and Charlie Smithgall as appear on the return made by the County Board of Elections of Lancaster County represent the same person. It is ordered that the votes cast for such names in the Republican primary election held on May 21, 2013 for the office of Mayor of The City of Lancaster be cumulated and added to the votes cast for Charlie Smithgall for a total of 129 votes. ..."
