Do you favor imposing an additional 1% earned income and net profits tax? The revenue generated from the increased tax rate will be used to reduce taxes on qualified residential properties by approximately $410. The current earned income tax rate is 1%, of which your municipality collects 0.5% and the Donegal School District collects 0.5%.
